Product Storage
Tank storage for petroleum products: automotive gasoline (95, 98 octane), diesel fuel meeting EN 590 standard, aviation kerosene Jet A-1 specification, light heating oil. Storage includes tank allocation, inventory management, quality preservation through nitrogen blanketing and temperature monitoring, 24-hour security surveillance.

Quality Testing - Standard Package
Laboratory analysis per EN standards using ISO 17025 accredited methods. Standard package includes: density measurement at 15°C reference temperature (ISO 12185 method), visual appearance and color assessment, flash point determination using Pensky-Martens closed cup method (ISO 2719), water content by Karl Fischer titration (ISO 12937), initial distillation curve data.

- Digital certificate issued within 24 hours
- Sample retention: 30 days at controlled temperature
- Certificate includes: test results, uncertainties, accreditation logo
- Express service available: 2-hour results (50% surcharge)

Quality Testing - Extended Analysis
Comprehensive analysis including advanced parameters. Includes all standard package tests plus: research octane number (RON) and motor octane number (MON) for gasoline per ISO 5164, cetane number for diesel per ISO 5165, sulfur content by X-ray fluorescence (ISO 20846), complete distillation curve per ISO 3405, copper strip corrosion test.

Rail Loading Operations
Loading services for railway tank cars. Facility accommodates standard Polish rail tankers (types 415-Z, 406-R, 443-Z). Eight loading positions available. Bottom loading with closed vapor recovery system. Includes: rail car pre-loading inspection, grounding verification, loading supervision, seal application, transport documentation preparation.
- Loading capacity: 800 m³/hour total (all positions)
- Individual position rate: 120 m³/hour
- Loading time per car: 30-50 minutes (typical 60 m³ car)
- Electronic metering with printed load ticket
- Coordination with PKP Cargo railway dispatcher

Road Tanker Loading
Loading operations for road tank vehicles. Four loading bays operational 24 hours daily. Accommodates tankers from 20,000 to 40,000 liter capacity. Bottom loading system with vapor recovery. Includes: vehicle inspection, grounding cable connection, loading supervision, electronic documentation, seal application. Pre-booking required minimum 4 hours advance notice.
- Loading time: 35-50 minutes depending on volume

Product Blending
Blending services for fuel specification adjustment. In-tank blending using recirculation pumps. Common operations: gasoline-ethanol blending (E10 production per EN 228), diesel-FAME blending (B7 production per EN 590), octane enhancement via ETBE addition. Includes: recipe calculation, component addition with automated dosing, circulation mixing, post-blend quality verification sampling.

Technical requirements for product acceptance at facility.
Gasoline Acceptance Criteria
Grades accepted: 95 octane (RON 95 minimum) and 98 octane (RON 98 minimum). Must meet EN 228 standard. Key parameters verified at reception: density 720-775 kg/m³ at 15°C, RON within specification ±0.5, vapor pressure 45-90 kPa (summer grade) or 60-90 kPa (winter grade), appearance bright and clear, water content maximum 200 mg/kg.
Diesel Fuel Acceptance Criteria
Must meet EN 590 standard. Key parameters: density 820-845 kg/m³ at 15°C, cetane number minimum 51, sulfur content maximum 10 mg/kg, flash point minimum 55°C, CFPP (cold filter plugging point) appropriate for season (-10°C summer, -20°C winter, -32°C arctic), appearance clear and bright, water content maximum 200 mg/kg.
Jet Fuel Acceptance Criteria
Jet A-1 specification per ASTM D1655 or DEF STAN 91-91. Key parameters: density 775-840 kg/m³ at 15°C, flash point minimum 38°C, freezing point maximum -47°C, aromatics maximum 25% volume, sulfur content maximum 3,000 mg/kg, appearance water-white and bright, particulate contamination per ARP 1401 standard.
Documentation Requirements
Required for all receptions: transport document (CMR for road, consignment note for rail), quality certificate from origin facility (issued within 7 days, showing test results), quantity declaration specifying volume at 15°C and mass, safety data sheet (SDS) for first delivery of product type, transport authorization if required by regulations.
Service Request Process
Procedure for initiating services
Step-by-step process for requesting and receiving terminal services.
Initial Inquiry
Contact facility via phone (+48 22 847 3129) or email ([email protected]). Provide: product type and grade, estimated volume, desired storage duration or loading date, company details. Operations department responds within 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00) with capacity availability confirmation.
Contract Preparation
Facility prepares service agreement specifying: storage capacity allocation or loading schedule, service rates and payment terms, technical requirements, duration and termination clauses. Agreement sent via email for review. Client reviews, requests modifications if needed, signs and returns. Standard turnaround: 1-3 business days.
Product Scheduling
Client provides advance notice of product arrival: 48 hours for pipeline delivery (coordination with PERN required), 24 hours for rail delivery (coordination with PKP Cargo), 4 hours minimum for road tanker delivery. Facility confirms: tank allocation, reception time window, unloading position assignment, required documentation list.
Reception and Storage
Product arrival at facility. Documentation verification. Sample collection for quality testing (4-6 hours for standard analysis). Upon acceptable test results, unloading authorization issued. Product transfer to allocated storage tank (90-180 minutes depending on volume). Receipt documentation provided: volume received, tank allocation, preliminary quality data.
Storage Management
During storage period: continuous monitoring of tank levels and temperature, automated inventory reports (daily for standard package, real-time access for premium package), quality preservation through nitrogen blanketing, client can request loading operations with 4-24 hour advance notice depending on service package. Monthly invoicing for storage and services rendered.
Pricing Structure
Service rates and billing methodology
Pricing based on volume, service type, and contract duration. Rates shown are base prices; volume discounts available for large contracts.
Storage Rates
Monthly storage fee: 12 PLN/m³/month (standard package). Calculated based on average daily inventory. Minimum monthly charge: 6,000 PLN per tank allocation. Volume discounts: 5% discount for contracts over 10,000 m³, 10% discount for contracts over 25,000 m³, 15% discount for contracts over 50,000 m³. Annual contracts receive additional 5% discount.
Testing Rates
Standard analysis package: 280 PLN per sample (4-6 hour turnaround). Extended analysis package: 680 PLN per sample (8-12 hour turnaround). Express service: 50% surcharge on standard rates (2-hour turnaround). Individual tests available: density 80 PLN, flash point 95 PLN, distillation 180 PLN, octane/cetane number 320 PLN, sulfur content 220 PLN.
Loading Rates
Rail loading: 65 PLN fixed fee per rail car + 8 PLN/m³ loaded. Road tanker loading: 85 PLN fixed fee per loading + 6 PLN/m³ loaded. Pipeline dispatch: 145 PLN per batch initiation + 4.50 PLN/m³. Volume discounts available: 10% discount for monthly volumes exceeding 2,000 m³, 15% discount for monthly volumes exceeding 5,000 m³.
Additional Services
Blending operations: 18 PLN/m³ (minimum 500 m³ batch). Nitrogen inerting (continuous): 2 PLN/m³/month. Product circulation (quality maintenance): 5 PLN/m³. Tank cleaning between products: 2,500-8,000 PLN depending on tank size. Rush scheduling (express loading within 4 hours): 300 PLN surcharge. After-hours service coordination: 200 PLN per incident.
